Brookside Lodge Gatlinburg

Came in Gatlinburg to relax and have fun, this low cost hotel was decent place for doing it. Booked a room with double beds. The staff were amicable and best and the location was magnificent very close to everything.

I liked the place, everything was exceptional. Units with double beds.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very good stay on vacation. The staff was excellent and superfriendly.

Everything was great from staff, who were helpful, to the excellent location. I really enjoyed the room with a fireplace, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the place exceeded all expectations. Stunning location right by the river and updated room, besides we had a particularly nice view.

I loved my 1 night stay. Climate control, a safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the standard queen room were handy.

Enjoyed my great stay on vacation. The rooms were huge and relaxing with nice view of the mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, had delicious breakfast!

The hotel is a special one, it offers nice hot breakfasts and beautiful location within walking distance of all the quaint shops as well as the aquarium. The rooms are bright and non-smoking, have wonderful bathroom. We would come back for sure, enjoyed our very nice stay here.

Our stay here was really nice, brilliant base for exploring Gatlinburg. The room was with double beds. Food was great and delicious, we loved it.

Overall it's brand-new hotel, good value, and the facilities are great.

Location: the hotel was really close to a very good Winery, a breakfast restaurant, and a latin restaurant and pizza place and the parkway and the river.

Well, it was a great stay on vacation. Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, would be happy to recommend it.

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was useful base for doing it. We have booked honeymoon king suite for 2 nights.

Average and neat room, delicious breakfast. All in all it's clean place, they have comfortable beds. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Alamo Steakhouse, located within 15 minutes walk or so.

A super quiet hotel in a fantastic location. Everything was fine, yet a few employees were very unfriendly. The room we got was individual and updated. Besides, it was just a short walk away from downtown, that worked for us. Late check-out too.

A fairly quiet hotel in Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the delicious meals and adequate breakfast. And it also had absolutely fabulous view. Early check in and late check out. Location was comfy for exploring this downtown area.

We had a PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay at this countryside hotel. Very bright rooms, accommodating bkfast staff. We loved the proximity to a supermarket and stores in Gatlinburg. Venue was fairly clean. True 3-star experience, very excellent service. Besides, free wifi throughout the property worked flawlessly.

The room was non smoking, the bed was comfy, and the provided breakfast was adequate. I got free upgrade and loved it. A microwave oven, a fridge and a refrigerator were nice. Particularly good location, relatively near huskey gap trail.

It was a deluxe hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. Reasonable base for a 2-night stay.

Thanks to chef. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. For dinner, we went to papa john's pizza, it was minute walk from the venue.

The staff are lovely, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is superb. The rooms in the property were large. The place is 0.4 miles away from Gatlinburg downtown.

perfect location with river views. besides, it offers free wifi. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like little house of pancakes, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we truly enjoyed views and staff. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Room was good sized for us. Amazing base for exploring Gatlinburg.
